Exchange Policy

At SareesOnlineShopping.com, we stand behind the products we sell. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward Returns and Exchange Policy.

We permit returns and exchanges for items purchased from SareesOnlineShopping.com within the specified days from the date of delivery (refer to the category for detailed information). The product must be in its original, saleable condition, accompanied by the original invoice and price tag.

  • Apparel (Clothing): Same day of delivery for easy exchanges from the date of delivery. If any Company Defect with parcel open live video proof.

In the rare event that a product you ordered is not received in good condition, is damaged, or defective, you can Exchange the unused product, in its original packaging, and with price tags.

Exchange for reasons other than the above will not include a refund for shipping charges.

Products purchased during a sale can be exchanged only within the same sale period.

You can return merchandise in the following ways:

  1. Visit any SareesOnlineShopping.com store in India.
  2. Raise a return/exchange (Registered user) by logging into your SareesOnlineShopping.com online account from “My Account > Order > Exchanges”.
  3. Write to us at sareesonlineshoppings@gmail.com to request a return or exchange. We will arrange for the merchandise to be collected through courier within 2 working days from the date of the exchange request.

Once the product is received at our location (approximately 5-7 working days), we conduct a quality check within 4-5 working days and process the exchange if the merchandise is in unused condition, in its original packaging, with original tags and invoice. Exchange may not be possible otherwise.

For self-couriered Exchanges, processing takes place within 4-5 working days of receipt, post quality check and verification of purchase and merchandise condition.

Exchanges at SareesOnlineShopping.com stores or through courier must be accompanied by the original sale invoice shipped with the products.

Before accepting delivery, ensure the packaging is undamaged. If you suspect the merchandise is not in good condition or the packaging is tampered with, refuse delivery and contact us at sareesonlineshoppings@gmail.com with your order reference number.

First Citizen Points earned on a purchase will be reversed upon return of the merchandise.

Exchange through Courier Collection

If you request a Exchange through Shoppes Stop courier collection within the specified days, return the product in its original, unused, saleable condition with the price tag intact. Select the refund mode carefully, as it cannot be changed after selection.

The courier executive will pick up the product within 2 working days. You will receive an SMS confirmation or physical receipt upon product pick-up. Retain the details until your request is complete.

Exchange initiation occurs after the product reaches our Warehouse/SareesOnlineShopping.com Store and passes the physical quality check, taking approximately 7-10 working days.

Refund timelines depend on the selected mode:

  • Net Banking/Other Wallets: 2-3 working days
  • UPI: 2-3 working days
  • Debit/Credit card: 7-10 working days
  • SareesOnlineShopping.com Wallet/Gift Card/E-Gift voucher: Same day
  • Cash on Delivery: 7-9 working days for online transfer

For exchanges, a new order number will be generated, and you’ll receive a detailed confirmation email.
